Be prepared to reach new heights! This exclusive study club gives incredible dentists and leaders the opportunity, once per quarter, to get OUT of their practice to work ON their practice. Spend the day surrounded by like minded dentists, and inspired thinkers, striving to be their best. To The Top Study Club brings the dentists in the ACT Dental community together, in the same room, fostering friendships, mentorships, and the amazing ability to and help one another learn and grow.
**Q4 will focus on - From Reflection to Results: Your Roadmap for the Year Ahead
There’s something powerful about hitting pause and taking a good, honest look at where you’ve been—and where you want to go. In the daily chaos of running a practice, it’s easy to stay busy without making real progress toward the bigger picture. This session is your chance to slow down, zoom out, and think strategically. Together, we’ll reflect on what worked this year, what didn’t, and what needs to change so you can create more of the success you want—with less of the stress you don’t.
Whether your goal is more growth, more freedom, a stronger team, or simply more alignment with what matters most, this session will help you get clear and confident about the year ahead. You’ll walk away with a simple, strategic plan you believe in—because it’s built on your numbers, your vision, and your values.
Objectives:
1. Reflect on key lessons and wins from the past year to guide future planning.
2. Clarify your vision and define what success looks like in the year ahead.
3. Use real data to set focused, realistic goals with clear direction.
4. Create a strategic, values-aligned plan that energizes you and your team.

Air Travel / Closest Airports:
- Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) - 6.4 miles. The typical fare between the airport and downtown Milwaukee will cost between $18 and $25. If you are using a ride sharing service like Uber and Lyft, you will have to wait to be picked up in the designated location near Baggage Claim 2.
- Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - 73 miles. ACT Dental can recommend a few car services or car rental services are available to/from this airport.-Coach USA provides coach roundtrip charter bus service from the O’Hare airport to the Amtrak Intermodal Train Station in Milwaukee (½ mile from the ACT Headquarters).
