Climate Grief Community Ecstatic Dance Ritual

Come together to process climate change and environmental loss through embodiment practice, ritual, and community.

This restorative dance ritual will integrate eco-somatics, embodied loss practices and body-led movement.This event is for all bodies and no movement experience is required, however the studio does have stairs.

You may wish to bring layered clothing, water, and a yoga mat if you would like one for the wind down of your dance.
