Lambeth Council are taking part in this national initiative, as part of our Climate Action Plan commitment to “encourage more plant-based meals”.
Join the climate forum's brown bag lunch from 12 to 1pm in the Town Hall TH1-01 . Bring your favourite vegetarian dish, listen to expert speakers and discuss with your colleagues about taking action. Take part in Lambeth's

It’s better for the planet: Plant-based food has a much lower carbon footprint, so by choosing more veggie meals, you’re making real carbon savings!
It can be better for our health: A recent Oxford University study also found that vegetarians and vegans are at a 37% lower risk of developing diabetes and 22% lower risk of coronary heart disease.
It can be cheaper: the same study found that Vegan diets reduced food costs by up to 1/3
