A professional development programme for community practitioners looking to embed conversations about climate action into existing delivery

Climate Crumbs is a 2 hour, in-person professional development programme for community practitioners to learn how to integrate conversations about climate action into existing delivery.

We focus on projects and groups which deliver growing and/or cooking activities. We’ve designed the programme so that you can tap into the actions people are already doing, reframing them as positive for the climate e.g. using lentils as a cheaper alternative to meat is also far less carbon intensive.

At the end of the session, you will:

have a greater understanding of how both cooking and growing food are positive climate actions
have more confidence in bringing in climate activities and discussion topics to your group
take away a resource and activity pack to use with your groups and,
receive a digital sticker you can use on your website and social media to show you have completed the training

We find that this training works best with a group size of 10 but we are flexible with numbers.
