About this Event
Do you feel...
Overwhelmed by the constant stream of horrific climate news? Grief at seeing so much loss and destruction? Anxious about the future? Numb and detached? Frustrated at the pressure to change your lifestyle while the larger players are doing so little? Isolated because so few seem open to talking about the climate crisis?
You are invited to a Climate Cafe, where we pause our emphasis on climate action and instead safely and respectfully explore our emotional responses to the climate crisis. This can help transform our thoughts and feelings, allowing new energy and ideas to emerge. The faciliators offer embodiment exercises, inner resilience building tools and a place to compassionately explore these difficult times.
The gathering is open to those 18 and older. Maximum of 15 participants.
Hosted by Kristan Childs and Katie Flint, Good Grief Network facilitators
