Climate Cafe

The focus of discussion is participants’ feelings and thoughts about the climate and ecological crisis. There are no guest speakers and no talks, and it is an advice-free zone. Whilst the climate and ecological crisis is usually the main focus of the café we realise that other related preoccupations need a space to be explored. This can happen here too.

The café is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is worried about the climate and ecological crisis. It is a free event although we will gratefully accept donations to cover room hire. If you cannot afford to donate, please don't worry and come along anyway.

We are sorry to say that there is no wheelchair access to the first floor of Friends Meeting House at the moment. There is a stair lift for those with restricted mobility but please check with the venue first for further clarification. Climate cafes in Lewes take place on the ground floor at the Depot, so are fully accessible.
