Clergy Conference 2026

PLEASE NOTE: This registration is only for attending the conference, not booking a room.

Registration costs:

• $160.00 for clergy
• $75.00 for clergy spouses/partners who would like to attend (to assist with food & beverage costs)

Booking instructions from Oregon Garden Resort:

Go to https://www.oregongardenresort.com/book/accommodations. Guests will be prompted for a Group Code: CLERGY26

Please follow the steps below to access online reservations:

• On the welcome page, choose your dates of stay and press the green “BOOK NOW” button.
• You will be redirected to a new page. You will see room types that are available at full rate. Above these pictures to the right, there is an “ADD CODE” option. Click on this and a box will drop down.
• Choose “GROUP ATTENDEE” and then enter your group code: CLERGY26
• You will be redirected to a calendar page. Select your dates for check-in & check-out then press the black button that says “UPDATE DATES OF STAY”
• A new page will open with your group rate. Choose which room type you would like and then press the blue “BOOK” button to complete.
• Then press the blue “ADD ROOM + CHECKOUT” button to complete.
• The final page will ask for all of your information to finalize. A credit Card is required to reserve but not charged until arrival.

Please note that Eventbrite does add a processing fee but the Diocese is absorbing this cost.
