Clear the energetic ties that bind you to past relationships.
Through Sacred Yoga, meditation, visualization, and ceremonial practices, we will explore techniques to release auric imprints, clear the subconscious, and reconnect with and restore the wisdom of the heart.
Together, we will strengthen our energy field, elevate our vibrational frequency, and cultivate deeper clarity and alignment to call in meaningful, high-aligned connections — now and in the future.
This immersive experience is offered both in-person in New York City, within a held ceremonial space, and online via Zoom for those joining from afar. Whether present physically or virtually, all participants will be supported in a shared field of intention, healing, and transformation.
This special class is specifically created for women to connect, heal, and honor the sacred feminine.

𝐀: Romantic and intimate connections are an important part of the energetic work we’ll be doing, especially how physical intimacy and energetic exchange affect us over time. However, this workshop is not limited to romantic relationships. We’ll also address dynamics with family members, friendships, and other influential connections that may still linger in your energetic or emotional space.

𝐀: That’s completely okay and not necessary. The practices are designed to support renewal, expansion, and clarity, whether or not you arrive with a particular relationship in mind. You might discover something ready to shift during the process, or simply use the space to recharge and reconnect with yourself. This workshop is a powerful experience for any woman ready to reset, refine her energy, and step into the new year with intention.

You are encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace. Modifications and rest are always welcome — being in the space with presence and intention is powerful in itself.
