A practical, non-technical session on how AI can save time in everyday admin — without overcomplicating your work or introducing risk.
About this Event

A practical, non-technical session on how AI can actually save time in everyday admin — without overcomplicating your work or introducing risk.

Previously run in Edinburgh — now expanding to Glasgow and Bristol.

This session focuses on the kind of work that quietly builds up for small business owners and freelancers — emails, follow-ups, quoting, content and general admin — and looks at where simple use of AI can reduce pressure in a realistic way.

Rather than focusing on tools or trends, the session is designed to help you understand:

  • Where AI is genuinely useful in day-to-day work
  • Where it’s often better avoided
  • How to use it in a way that feels controlled and low-risk
  • How to reduce admin without adding more systems

The session is informal, practical, and based on real working examples.

Who it’s for:

  • Small business owners
  • Freelancers
  • Anyone managing a high volume of admin or communication

What people said from the last session:

  • “A good step to take when you feel like you’re drowning in admin.”
  • “Accessible insight — not too techy.”
  • “Understanding how AI can help us do more, fairly safely.”
