An opportunity to stop, breathe and rediscover the peace that lives within us. In this half-day retreat, we will explore simple and profound meditations on clarity of mind, inspired by the Buddhist tradition of Mahamudra.
By observing the mind directly, we gradually silence the mental noise and create space for an experience of lightness, lucidity, and inner contentment. This mental clarity becomes a foundation for cultivating more stable happiness and greater inner freedom.
This retreat is ideal for those who want to learn to meditate or deepen their practice, and no previous experience is necessary.
