About this Event
If you feel overwhelmed by your life, by the relationships' drama, by our poor work-life balance, and by society as a whole, this class is for you. Stress places us in a constant state of PTSD in various degrees, that contributes to poor decision making, makes us feel in constant need for isolation and to recharge, and overall decreases our life enjoyment and sends us in a never-ending brain fog.
This class will help you cleanse, relax, recharge, rebalance, refocus, and reach the clear mind needed to start your next week, and is perfect as a weekly routine.
During every class I talk about a special topic to help you improve your mindset, become more resilient, and learn to transmute energy.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
We'll be hiking up the hill practicing being present, freeing our mind from compulsive thinking and oxygenating the brain areas atrophied by stress, nurturing our consciousness.
Once up the hill, we'll be practicing Kundalini breathwork and Kundalini Tantra reconnecting with and healing our energy body, our chakras, and using my special Guru Modality to heal and recharge.
We'll be using alternate nostril breathing to rebalance our masculine and feminine energy in a customized way.
You'll experience the relaxing power of the individual immersive sound bath performed with the crystal pyramid triangle.
A final guided meditation will help us reconnect to the source and remember that we are one.
Throughout the class, I'll use aromatherapy to help you relax and boost your energy, and I'll use my psychic abilities to give you customized guidance to empower you for the week to come.
GOOD TO KNOW: Discounts are available for those who prefer a monthly subscription (contact me at [email protected] for more info). This is a small-medium class allowing me to tailor it based on the attendees, therefore optimizing your experience and maximizing the health benefits.
WHAT TO BRING: your own WATER and YOGA MAT or a towel to lay down on the ground, as we may be sitting and laying on the soil or on concrete. Be ready to take off your shoes and reconnect with Mother Earth. The entire event takes about 2 hours.
MEETING POINT: at the entrance of the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook on Jefferson (do not hike up the hill, do not park up the hill, please park at the street level on Jefferson blvd, we'll meet near the food trucks/traffic light and hike up together).
HOW TO FIND ME: I'll have a yoga mat, a brown leather square bag, and I usually wear an all red attire.
WAITING TIME FOR LATE ATTENDEES: 15 min. Please let us know if you are late. Be mindful of others. I'll send you an email before the event with my contact in case needed, or you can contact me at [email protected]
CLOTHES: wear comfortable clothes and bring layers of warmer clothes. It naturally gets colder up on the hill, especially when laying down (yes, even day time).
ADDITIONAL INFO: the class ends on the hill. You can plan on going down on your own or with me, or to continue exploring the park. I suggest you to also check out the nearby Stoneview park or to plan on a workout.
REFUND POLICY: tickets are nonrefundable for logistic reasons. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the class, you can request a credit for a future class as long as you let me know that you will not be attending at least 24 hours before the class starts. Credits expire within a year. You can reschedule the class only once. If you do not attend the class the second time either, you lose the credit.
