The emphsis or this work show is cleaning up your lines so no matter what level of pole you are at you can dance beautiflly and flow.

This workshop is great for teacehers as well because it will help you to be a better instructor. Learn how to articulate the knowledge need to imporve transtions, lines arms, feet.

About me: Onyx is a classically trained dancer who has been instructning fintess and dance for over 10 years. Her experince ni the blaet jaz and mondern world has given her the knowlegde she need to train folks in body awarenss grace and poise. Also with and science background she has the knowlege and know how to take you to the next level.
