Clay Club is the perfect open-studio session for our clay lovers who just want time to create! This is a non-instructional class, so there will be no guided teaching — just space to play, practice, and bring your ideas to life at your own pace.Your $35 registration includes 2 pounds of clay, studio time, and firing of your finished pieces. While this is a non-instructional class, there will be a staff member present to assist you. You're welcome to use the patterns we have available in the studio or bring your own - or freehand if that's what you prefer! Clay Club is for handbuilding only - wheel throwing will not be available.
You must return within 30 days of receiving the message that your pieces are ready to paint.
Our Clay Club sessions are open to teens and adults.
Reminder: This is a messy clay class, old/artists clothes are encouraged but aprons are readily available. Your piece will be fired and ready to paint roughly 2-3 weeks after class; we will text the phone number provided once the project is ready to paint.
Pottery and ceramics can be very unpredictable during the making, drying, firing and glazing processes. For this reason, we offer NO guarantee of finished projects made in this class. We try very hard to have a successful outcome in all of our classes and workshops, but there are things beyond our control that sometimes happen.
No refunds or credits will be given for any mishap or unpredictable outcome that is less than ideal.
