Ladies...we are excited to be teaming up again with the talented multidisciplinary artist, Stephanie De Biasi, to deliver an air dry pottery workshop to create a beautifully textured vase.In this beginners-friendly workshop on the 30th July, wind down and relax as you learn the tips, tricks and techniques on how to mould and hand build with clay to create a vase (approximately 20cm tall), as well as how to stamp with different objects to make interesting textures and adding different coloured inks to the textured clay. All while indulging over free-flowing bubbles and a decadent grazing platter ?
And as always, we will incorporate at least one of our relaxed signature social mingling activities to bring on the fun, laughter and get the conversations flowing (even for the shyest person) for you to meet new friends with like-minded ladies ?
Plus no kiln is needed! We will use air dry clay which just needs 24hrs - 72hrs to harden, so you can take your stunning vase home right after the workshop to proudly display and use.
You will also receive a take home care kit to allow you to refine your vase and further protect it. It includes varnish, a small amount of ink for touch ups, sandpaper, sponge and care instructions.
