You walk in with samples of your writing and three photographed receipts. You walk out with The Writer, The Bookkeeper, and The Recruiter. All running in your Claude Cowork, on your laptop, doing actual work by tomorrow morning.
This is the compounding bit. Each skill makes the next one easier to build. Once you understand the pattern, the team grows on your terms.

Photo a receipt. Out comes the data, structured and ready for your books. No more shoeboxes, no more "where did I put that VAT receipt", no more manual entry.
03. The Recruiter (build-your-own-skill)

FAQ's
Q: I've never used Claude before. Will I keep up?
A: If you arrive with the prerequisites done, yes. The setup covers everything you need before the room. We move at the pace of the slowest build. Most people who think they're behind on AI are surprised at how fast this lands.
Q: I use ChatGPT, not Claude. Can I still come?
A: This workshop is specifically about Claude Cowork, which is a desktop product unique to Claude. The skill methodology is portable, but the build session uses Cowork on the desktop app. You need Claude Pro active and Claude for Desktop installed.
Q: Can I really build three working skills in 90 minutes?
A: Yes, if you arrive set up. Each build is 20 minutes. The first one teaches the pattern, the second proves it works on a different shape of problem, the third hands you the pattern itself. The Recruiter is the compounding part. After this workshop you don't need another workshop to build a fourth skill.
Q: What's Setup Panic at 0900?
A: Doors open 30 minutes before the workshop starts. If your Pro subscription needs activating, if your desktop install didn't take, if Cowork won't toggle, that's the window. Setup Panic is for fine-tuning. First-time installs should be sorted before the day otherwise you will lose the benefit.
Q: Will the skills still work after the workshop?
A: Yes. They live on your machine and in your Cowork. You own them. You can edit them. You can share them with your team. You can take them with you to any future Claude setup.
Q: Can my team use the skills I build?
A: Yes. You can share .skill files. One person builds, the whole team installs. This is why the pair ticket exists.
