You'll spend the first hour learning how AI actually works, the second hour building a real Claude setup side-by-side with me on your own laptop, and the third hour tailoring it to your actual work while I help one-on-one.

HOUR 1 — How AI actually works
Lecture. The five-minute version of how an LLM predicts, why
context matters, and what NOT to put into Claude.

HOUR 2 — We build together
You open your laptop. I open mine. We build a real Claude project
from scratch, side by side. You don't watch — you do it as I do it.

HOUR 3 — You build yours
Take what we built and tailor it to your work. I walk the room
and help individually. Closes with a show-and-tell.
