With the first warm rays of sunshine, the Mercedes‑Benz Museum once again becomes a meeting point for fans of classic and young classic vehicles: Classics & Coffee returns for the new season between 12 April and 11 October 2026, the popular classic car meeting will take place every Sunday from 9 a.m. on the museum hill.Classics & Coffee regularly attracts several hundred classic cars from Stuttgart and the surrounding region, with some even coming from abroad. Participation is free of charge and no prior registration is required. The event, open to all brands, appeals to everyone: Petrolheads with their own vehicle (at least 20 years old) as well as museum visitors without a classic car of their own. The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to connect with others and share a passion for classic vehicles old and young are what make the event one of a kind.
Classics & Coffee is growing year by year – and not only in terms of visitor numbers. Almost 11,500 vehicles and more than 28,000 visitors came to the Mercedes‑Benz Museum in 2025.
This season the event format continues to expand, with new offerings and a diverse supporting programme creating an even richer experience. This includes evening events with DJ music, a motorsport talk with Formula 1 safety car driver Bernd Mayländer, as well as the chance to ride as a passenger in brand icons from the Mercedes‑Benz Classic collection and current models from the Mercedes‑Benz Stuttgart dealership.
On various dates, experts from Mercedes‑Benz Classic provide advice on service, repair, restoration and Mercedes‑Benz Genuine Parts for young and classic vehicles. Interested visitors additionally have the opportunity to book a workshop appointment directly on site. Items from the Classics & Coffee Collection can be purchased in the shop. Quality coffee and fine snacks round off the event experience.
