Taking time for yourself is so very important and often we put ourselves last. Look after yourself and join Ingrid for a one hour wholesome classical yoga class. Including, but not limited to, postures (asana), breathing methods (pranayama), relaxation, philosophy, mantra, yoga nidra, and meditation. Classical yoga, also known as traditional yoga or rāja yoga, offers a spiritual and holistic approach to nurturing body, mind, and soul.
Classes are beginner friendly and suitable for any level as many options are given. These sessions are held at the Gilvenbank Community Sports Hub OR in the Riverside park if the weather allows it in Glenrothes - Fife - Scotland on Wednesdays from 18.10 - 19.10.
£9 per class or block book at the beginning of the month to receive a small discount.
