Classical Music Quests with Crafts

In this 5-week program, kids will embark on a new adventure each week, meeting characters from famous classical works — like Papageno, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and others. Along the way, they’ll listen to the music of great composers such as Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Rossini, Mussorgsky, and more. Children will be invited to step into character, move to the music, and help the musical heroes overcome their challenges while playing musical games. Each class will conclude with an open-ended craft inspired by the children’s experiences during the class and the presented materials.
