Steven has performed across the US and Canada and he made his European debut as one-half of The Dearing Concert Duo. He performs as a solo guitarist, has been featured as guest soloist with orchestras in the US and Canada and is an accomplished chamber musician, heard frequently with award winning soprano, Abha Dearing, as The Dearing Concert Duo.
Steven has received several awards and recognitions, has been recognized by critics and has appeared on American public radio and television. He was an associate Professor and Guitar Instructor at the School of Creative Arts, University of Windsor from 1995-2018. Steven serves the local metro Detroit community by teaching at his Farmington Hills studio.
