About this Event
The Swiss say "la fondue crée la bonne humeur" ("fondue brings a good mood"), and they're not the only ones who believe in the power of a pot of melted cheese. We are also fondue and melty Raclette enthusiasts! Join our cheesemonger as he discusses the basic traditions and techniques for melting and serving Raclette and introduces a recipe for some exceptional fondue. As always, you'll enjoy a selection of wine pairings with your cheese-filled menu during the class!
This class will take place at our Huron Ave location on Saturday, Fenruary 24th at 7:30pm.
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese platter, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Doors will open at 7:10pm, and class will begin at 7:30pm. This Classic Series event lasts approximately an hour and a half, and participants will be standing. Please reach out to [email protected] if you or a member of your party requires seating. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This is an event for those who are 21+. We will check IDs at the door.
