About this Event
The perfect cheeseboard is a showstopper of swirling and layed flavors, colors, and textures with a wider selection of artfully arranged small bites.
The evening will be centered around a model cheese board prepared by our own expert, Morgan, who will share the secrets of what makes a beautiful cheese board, visually, along with a balance of complimentary tastes, textures, and colors. Participants will be able to taste and sample from it while sipping our carefully curated beverage pairings.
From there, participants will have the opportunity to make their own board that they will take home at the end of class. Morgan will circulate and share her knowledge and tips as you create! This will ensure that guests feel confident when you get home and try these skills independently.
This class is the perfect combination of learning, tasting, sipping, and hands on fun. At your next gathering, your guests will appreciate your new found talent in the art of crafting the perfect cheese board!
This class will take place at our Huron Ave location on Saturday, September 21st at 7:30pm.
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as grazing board, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! You will be standing for the duration of the class (about an hour and a half). Please reach out to [email protected] if you or a member of your party requires seating.
After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
