About this Event

A French proverb claims, “un fromage par jour de l’année” – there is a different cheese for every day of the year. With hundreds of varieties of cheese and wine, each with regional traditions and generations of expertise, it is no wonder that France is considered to be at the pinnacle of cheese and winemaking. In this class, our wine and cheese experts will guide you through the French classics, including several cheeses not found anywhere else in the United States! Along side this epic, 8 flight cheese course, we will be pairing 4 classic French wines to highlight French winemaking traditions and how they incorperate seamlessly with French cheese. By the end of this class, you will be sure to be proclaiming, "Vive le Fromage!"

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating.
