About this Event
Learn classic French techniques in this class with Chef David Welch. We will learn how to braise with wine in the traditional Coq au Vin, make the creamiest potato puree and learn how to blanche and sauté green beans almondine. We will finish class with sweet crispy and flakey palmiers cookies.
