About this Event
In this pie basics class, we'll teach you how to make a perfect, flaky pie crust with baking methods to prevent any soggy pie bottoms ,while ensuring your crust is buttery and flavorful. You'll learn how to make our spiced apple pie filling and different crimping and finishing techniques for your pie top. Everyone will leave class with a full apple pie and an extra disc of pie dough to make more pie at home!
