In this beginner-friendly class, the expert instructors from the Diamond State Woodturners Group will guide you one-on-one as you learn the fundamentals of using a lathe. Each student will have their own workstation and instructor support throughout the process.
You’ll shape, sand, and finish charming wooden snowmen and Christmas trees—classic pieces that evoke the warmth and craftsmanship of traditional holiday fairs. These keepsakes make perfect gifts or festive decorations to treasure year after year.
Bring your lunch and wear closed-toed shoes; we’ll provide everything else. It’s time to learn from the masters and create something truly special this season.
