About this Event
Join chef Lucy Tran for a hands-on class where students will make their own soft, chewy sweet mochi dough from scratch. Lucy will guide you through shaping and filling your mochi with three delicious options: classic red bean paste, creamy ice cream, and light whipped cream with fruit. Along the way, you’ll learn helpful tips and classic techniques, before taking your delicious creations home.
