We will meet monthly on the 4th Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.There will be a minimum of 4 people required for the class to take place, so invite your friends to register and join you.
Supplies needed: - Sewing machine with new needle and neutral thread - Pattern - Straight pins - Elmers purple glue stick - Fun-dation — 3 packages to make all 12 blocks — or Carol Doaks paper piecing paper — 1 package - Personal cutting mat - Rotary cutter - Small scissors or snips - Seam ripper - Add a quarter ruler — long version (12”) preferred - If doing 12 blocks, a 9 1/2” or larger 60 degree triangle ruler Fabric required depends on how many blocks…: - 1/2 yard each of 12 fabrics which play well together if making all the blocks - 1/8 yard of each of 12 fabrics if making only 1 - 2 3/4 yds of light - 1 3/4 yds of medium - 2 3/4 yds of dark for all the blocks. Requirements for these last 3 vary by block. - For the background to finish the top - 1 1/2 yards each of 2 fabrics which play well together and complement the rest of the quilt.
