For those in need of First Aid and/or CPR certification or re-certification, Safety-Educators is a 4hr session at Smokin Barrel Tactical.Saturday March 22nd, 2025 9am-1pm
Cost: $125 per student
BLS for Healthcare Provider is primarily a class designed for those that are patient-facing, which often includes hospital, clinical, EMS, and other positions that work with patients on a daily basis.
Heartsaver CPR AED is for non-medical workers, or those that do not directly with patients on a daily basis.
Credentialing will be through the American Heart Association, which offers a 2yr credential. Successful students will receive their card at the end of class. All students will receive a student manual. This class will be scaled to accommodate either Initial Provider, Renewal courses, or Heartsaver (TBD).
Helpful bits to know:
-For those that need to renew, please know that the AHA will not renew a non-AHA credential. If you hold a certification from any other brand, in order to have an AHA credential you would need to take the full 4hr Initial Provider class.
-Those with a current AHA BLS card can renew in 2.5hrs if they have a valid AHA BLS Provider card.
