
Clarity & Connection – A Breath, Sound and Journaling Workshop
As we step into a new quarter and a season that asks for slowing down, this session offers a space to check in and reconnect — both with yourself and with those around you. Through guided breathwork, reflective journaling, sound healing, and open discussion, we’ll take a pause to notice how we’ve been feeling, what’s been sitting under the surface and what kind of connection we’re craving — internally and externally.
It’s easy to get caught in routine, decision fatigue, and digital overload. Moments of quiet attention help us see things more clearly — and connection, even in small shared experiences, can bring steadiness.
This session is designed to help you clear mental noise, reconnect with your inner signals, and feel more present — with your body, thoughts, and others around you.
What to expect:
- Grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring awareness
- Themed journaling prompts to reflect on what’s been unclear or unspoken
- Sound healing to create space for rest and release
- Group in a supportive, non-judgmental space
No prior experience needed. Just bring a notebook, a pen, and an open mind.
About the facilitator:
I am Sneha Chanchlani Arvind a Chartered Accountant turned Mindfulness Coach and Sound Healer dedicated to helping individuals embrace mindfulness for mental clarity healing and growth. Through meditation pranayama yoga and sound healing I guide people across age groups including young adults and children toward self-discovery resilience and inner peace.
