Born in Scotland, artist Clarissa Connelly relocated to Copenhagen as a child, where the cultural landscape has continued to fuel her creativity. For years, she has explored the sacred sites, mythology, and music of Nordic culture, finding enduring inspiration in Celtic traditions. For her latest album, The Voyager (2021), she wandered through the Scandinavian landscape, channeling melodies from ancient pre-Christian sites. // The soundscape of singer/songwriter and producer Fine is meant to evoke the feeling of a nighttime drive through the desert in a David Lynch film. Her angelic voice sounds like cherry-colored half-speed funk or what it would be like if Dolly Parton played alternative rock.
