Civil and Commercial Mediation Foundation Training Programme at MDX Dubai

This foundation training course enables delegates to take the first steps towards being accredited Civil and Commercial Mediators. This globally recognized qualification allows successful delegates to practice worldwide.

In partnership with Crowther Mediation, an accredited civil and commercial mediation practice based in the UAE and UK, we are excited to launch a Civil and Commercial Mediation Foundation Training Programme delivering the highest standard of mediation training. This course is accredited by both the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Civil Mediation Council UK (CMC).

The programme will build you knowledge of dispute resolution and enable you with the key skills to be a mediator for individuals and/or businesses with a commercial dispute. You will learn how to mediate to help parties negotiate successfully and work towards faster and more cost-effective resolution.

Who is the programme suitable for?

This programme is ideal for participants who have a general commercial background or understanding of business. Are you a highly motivated individual, who enjoys problem solving and is quick to understand a situation? Are you good at motivating others to act, whilst being able to show empathy?

This programme will enable you to develop those skills and channel them into a rewarding career.

• Delegates do not need to have a background or qualification in law to train as a civil commercial mediator.
• Delegates should have attained at least a level three qualification or equivalent and possess a comprehensive understanding of English language.
