Elevate Rapid City, in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is proud to host the Regional Civics Bee, a nonpartisan civics competition designed to encourage young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities.This in-person event brings together outstanding 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students from across the region to demonstrate their knowledge of civics, government, and community leadership. Students will compete for recognition and cash prizes, with top finalists advancing to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s National Civics Bee®.
The competition is open to the public and free to attend. No registration is required—this is a walk-in event and all community members are welcome to attend and support local students.
