In today's fast-paced work environment, pressure is unavoidable. And when it piles up, it can lead to overwhelm and overthinking.
This session introduces the 3 B's method, a quick, powerful personal strategy for regaining focus, composure, and clarity in those difficult moments.
Designed for real-life workplace situations, tight deadlines, hard conversations and unexpected curveballs.
We'll cover:
➡️ Body — how your body language affects how you carry yourself under pressure
➡️ Breath — what's actually happening in your body when pressure hits
➡️ Brain — where your thoughts automatically race to, and how to take back control
Whether you're managing a team, facing a tough conversation, or just trying to keep your head when it all gets a bit much, this session gives you the tools to manage yourself, manage the moment.
Your host is Dr Callum Gowling, owner of Liquid Sport Psychology, who works with elite athletes and professionals on mindset under pressure. A PhD-level sport psychologist and member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists (BASES), Callum brings real, proven mental skills techniques from the world of elite sport.
