About this Event
Knowing that the gym is a common place of “therapy” for many men, I wanted to expand on this concept. In addition to the lift + social, the aim is to find healthy ways to communicate and express oneself in a safe space absent of fear of judgement as well as connecting with real, genuine people. Come as you are, you can be as open and as vulnerable as comfortable for you but I do encourage you to get curious and push even just a little out of your comfort zone. Know that your mental health MATTERS and whatever you are going through, does not have to be gone through alone.
