Are you a local nonprofit seeking Tribal Gaming funding through the City of Peoria? Join us for an informational session outlining the NEW City of Peoria Tribal Pass-Through Grant Application Process.
As a municipality, the City of Peoria serves as an intermediary for Tribal Gaming funds by reviewing applications, organizing City Council action, and passing funds through to eligible Peoria-based nonprofit organizations. Tribal sponsors require City Council approval and signed resolutions before and/or after applications are approved by the sponsoring Tribe.
Any organization seeking the City of Peoria’s support or sponsorship for Tribal Gaming funds must follow this updated process.

Featured Speaker: Janeen K. Gaskins, MEP, GPC, CLIPP, CPM
Janeen Gaskins is a seasoned grant professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting municipal governments, nonprofits, and private organizations. Her expertise has helped secure and manage millions in funding—averaging $5M annually in grant awards and $20M in grant administration.
She holds a Master’s in Environmental Planning and Urban Design from Arizona State University and is certified as a Grant Professional, Certified Public Manager, and Certified Living in Place Professional.
Janeen currently serves as the Grant Program Manager for the City of Peoria and is the President & CEO of G.A.S.K.I.N.S. Charity, which focuses on improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations through technology and smart design. She is also active in multiple volunteer and board roles that support community impact.
