Join us for Mayor Reggie Freeman’s 2026 State of the City Address, hosted by the Rotary Club of East Moline–Silvis, on Thursday, March 26, at The Bend Event Center, 910 Bend Blvd.
Together, we’ll reflect on the progress made in 2025 and look at the opportunities and initiatives shaping the year ahead.
