Back for the 2nd year, “Broker Connect” is a networking and informational event put on by the Small Business Support Center to allow brokers and other real estate professionals to meet us face to face and gain access to information, tools, resource connections, and potential financial programs that can help their clients as they look to move into space, buy property, or modify existing space that they’re in within Des Moines city limits. As you come across opportunities, please share this event information with real estate professionals that you think would benefit from getting to know City Small Business Support Center staff and the connections, resources, and programs that the Center can offer clients. This event will take place at the City's Municipal Service Center I, 1551 E Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, on Tuesday, December 2, from 3-5pm.
