About this Event
John Brown gave his life, and the lives of his two sons, to the liberation of Black people. He was an organizer, shephard, and abolitionist. This gathering is designed to hear stories of the Underground Railroad, facilitated by the docents of the Jordan House Museum. In addition, The Institute of Aspiring Abolitionists will share what has been learned about him while visiting Kansas, Harper's Ferry, his home in Akron Ohio, and Ontario, Canada.
