Citrus with a Texas Twist

For ages 18 & up

Learn to make this menu of citrusy and delicious dishes filled with the flavors of Texas.  You'll create a homemade vinaigrette; sear scallops to perfection; create our own version of a classic French sauce with influences from the Lone Star State; and  make the most of ruby red grapefruit. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts. 

For ages 18 & up. Are you  21 & over? You'll  enjoy a glass of wine that complements the meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
