~make friends
~mingle
~share creativity
~support one another
~and bond over the love of baking
ALL baking levels are welcome!
Whether you:
• bake for fun
• love baking for family & friends
• have a side hustle
• or own a baking business
Each person attending must purchase a ticket to participate.
Each ticket includes:
~Entry to the 2-hour HV Bake Club event
~A ticket to redeem your ONE beverage from our hosting establishment. Beverage options included with your ticket will be listed on a printed menu.
~Community Bake tasting + Bakery box to enjoy and take home your goodies.
~Connections, activities, and networking with fellow bakers
Every guest must also bring a themed homemade baked good or no-bake dessert inspired by that month’s theme.
No plus ones unless they also purchase a ticket + bring a homemade item.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE HOMEMADE, OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.
Due to the nature of our monthly meetups and venue space, this event is reserved for adults so everyone can fully relax, mingle, and enjoy the experience. If a teen wishes to participate, they must be accompanied by an adult and purchase a ticket. NOO TICKET NO ENTRY, NO HOMEMADE BAKED GOODS, NO ENTRY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
What to bring:
• 1–2 dozen ( 18 pieces is the sweet spot) Cookies, brownies, bars, cupcakes, macarons, pound cakes, blondies, small bites. The possibilities are endless
• Cakes: One 8” cake OR one 9x14 cake or cookie pan
• Loaf cakes: Pre-sliced
Everything must be pre-cut/pre-sliced before arriving, except cakes — those will be cut at the table together.
****A week prior, I will email and/or text you to confirm what you will be bringing, whether you want to share the recipe, and any major allergens, so that I can have that ready before the event.****
Most importantly…
This is a safe space for creativity, connection, and community.
Please be kind, respectful, encouraging, and supportive toward one another.
If you have business cards, bring them!
You never know who may fall in love with your desserts or need your services in the future.

By purchasing a ticket and attending HV Bake Club, you acknowledge and agree that participation in this event is at your own risk.
You understand that you may be consuming homemade baked goods prepared in private home kitchens by fellow participants. These items are not prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and other ingredients.
HV Bake Club strongly encourages all attendees to exercise caution when sampling items and to make informed choices based on their individual dietary needs and restrictions. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, you assume full responsibility for managing your participation and consumption.
You further acknowledge that the event may take place in a shared public venue and that HV Bake Club and the hosting establishment are not responsible for accidents or injuries, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or any other personal injury that may occur during attendance.
By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless HV Bake Club, its organizers, and the hosting venue from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to food-related reactions, illness, or physical injury.
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be issued. Tickets may be transferred to a future HV Bake Club event with prior notice.
