You are invited to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Citizens West 2 & 3, the latest phases of a transformative, transit-oriented development in Salt Lake City.
Developed as part of a broader vision to create emission-free, mixed-income, and mixed-use communities, Citizens West 2 & 3 deliver 80 new homes tailored for large-household, multigenerational, refugee, senior, and unhoused populations — groups who face some of the most significant housing barriers in our state. The project is located in the rapidly growing area of Guadalupe, Marmalade, and the North Temple corridor.

Join us to celebrate this milestone with project partners and community members. Light refreshments will be provided, and tours of the building will be available.
