About this Event
Crisis Intervention Team International (CITI) Programs are evidence-based, cross-system partnerships that work to improve community response to mental health crises. CIT International Michigan is a state office that supports the development, implementation, and sustainability of CITI Programs across the state.
We invite you and/or your representative(s) to join us at our regional convening in West Michigan to learn more about the CIT International Model, the core elements of a successful program, how CITI Programs benefit your communities, and how CITI Michigan can support you in developing and implementing your CITI Program. Come connect with other leaders in law enforcement agencies, mental health providers, community-based organizations, and advocates in your region, to discuss ways to improve programs, better collaborate, and strengthen your partnerships!
Food and refreshments will be provided.
Who is encouraged to attend?: Leaders/administrators in law enforcement and behavioral health, CIT Coordinators, CIT Steering Committee members, mental health advocates, and those who are building stronger crisis response systems in your community!
