Fri 6-9:30pm online, Saturday 9-4 at the Rady JCC. The Circuit Training course covers topics specific to leading group exercise/circuit classes. This practical based course will cover specific information for planning and developing circuit training classes.
Books must be purchased and picked up from the MFC office before the beginning of the course.
