What to Expect:
We’re stepping off the rowers and onto the floor for a specialized circuit designed to push your limits. Presley and Bianca have created a lineup of functional strength exercises you won't see in our regular Row House classes. Think heavy lifts, stability challenges, and explosive movements designed to build lean muscle and maximise calorie burn. With two expert trainers on the floor, you'll get personalized form corrections and the extra "push" you need.
