Circling at Berkeley Alembic: Beginner & Experienced Sessions
Discover the transformative power of relational presence at Circling. This experiential practice deepens self-awareness and connection through "here and now" techniques like Circling and T-group. By engaging in active listening, authentic expression, and relational feedback, you'll cultivate deeper presence and insight into interpersonal dynamics.
Two Ticket Types: Beginner & Experienced
To create the best experience for all participants, we’re offering two groups:
- Beginner Circling: Ideal for those new to Circling or looking to deepen foundational skills. Expect guided instruction and structured exercises to ease you into the practice.
- Experienced Circling: Designed for those with prior Circling experience who are comfortable navigating group dynamics with minimal facilitation. Expect deeper dives into presence and nuanced relational edges.
Both groups will have a 12-person cap to ensure a rich experience. You must participate in the group you register for. You cannot register for one and attend the other.
Sliding Scale Pricing: Suggested donation $20–$35. If this is a barrier, please consider volunteering through the Alembic website.
Pre-registration is required—Walk-ins only accommodated if there are fewer than 12 participants in the group you want to join.
