This is a weekend immersion of Circling and Surrendered Leadership in Trondheim, Norway. We will have an intentional focus on embracing the mystery of being human and aligning with the innate intelligence of life. —
This is a weekend to simply be with what is – naked, unfiltered, and present. We will step together into the mystery of being with our naked experience: the raw, unedited truth of each moment, both inside and between us. We practice surrendering to whatever arises in every moment – in the body, the group, and the unknown. The invitation is to step truthfully into a shared exploration of the intelligence and complexity of life, with a willingness to meet whatever may emerge. We do not know what may show up, or how – and that is perhaps the most exciting, scary, and beautiful part of it all :)
Circling invites us to listen deeply, speak honestly, and meet each other exactly where we are. In Surrendered Leadership we let go of control and agendas, trusting the group's natural flow and wisdom to emerge. When we trust in this way, we witness life unfolding and evolving, right in front of us – and we are each a contributing part of that emergence.
There will be moments of stillness, movement, voice, silence, laughter, tears, and everything in between. You are invited to be true to yourself and lead yourself through your own wantings and needs. We will be there to navigate it all with you, together.
No experience is required. Only a willingness and a longing to show up as you are.
This event will be led by Jonathan Littauer and Lill Kjelbotn. It will be conducted in English.

Note about Pricing and Attendance:
If you are curious but unsure if you are ready to commit for the full event, you can attend the introduction night on Friday as a ‘taste test,’ to get a feel for the practice and our leadership style.
We hold an intention of wanting everyone interested to be able to participate, regardless of income situation. If you find that the regular price is too high for you, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

About your leaders:
Lill Kristin Kjelbotn:
Lill is a Trondheim-based facilitator, trained with Transformational Connection.
She is deeply drawn to the feminine, the unconscious, and the wordless — that which she deeply believes can be painted with the body. She burns for landing in the body, listening to its own language, and allowing it to move, express, play, and explore freely — without agenda or pressure to understand everything.
For her, this is about daring to play again as an adult, to courageously try things out, to let the body lead and see what wants to emerge when we give it space and trust.
Jonathan Littauer
Jonathan is a Stavanger-based facilitator, who trained with Transformational Connection. He is fascinated by the simple power of ‘being with’ – and how it impacts individual, relational, and collective levels of experience. He brings a blend of sensitivity and intensity to his leadership style. Jonathan is deeply drawn to the innate intelligence of life, often clearly illuminated in nature, and exploring ways to allow that intelligence to emerge, move, and guide us on our journeys.
