Ricardo León is an Executive Coach, Certified NLP Master Trainer (NLPU / Robert Dilts), and Certified High Performance Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. From a small East Texas town, Ricardo spent 25 years as a Unix Systems Engineer in Fortune 500 companies before becoming a coach and trainer.
With over 30 years of studying human behavior and transformation, he created Circle of Success for leaders who value depth, presence, and real growth over noise.
