Smart Start facilitates several Circle of Parents programs in the Wilmington community for parents of young children. All parents and caregivers are welcome to join, and older siblings are welcome, too. The whole family enjoys a meal together before the kids join the children’s group and the parents begin their discussions. There is no cost to participate.
