Smart Start facilitates several Circle of Parents programs in the Wilmington community for parents of children ages 0-8 and parents of children with special needs ages 0-12. All parents and caregivers are welcome to join, and older siblings are welcome, too. The whole family enjoys a meal together before the kids join the children’s group and the parents begin their discussions. There is no cost to participants.
